Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Hyplo, operated by Hyplo LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. One free-credit account per person.

Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs and do not expire while your account is active.
• Each generation deducts the credits shown before you confirm it. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
• We may change credit prices for future generations at any time.

What you may not create

• Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Anything involving minors in a sexual, romantic, violent or unsafe context.
• Deepfakes: content showing real, identifiable people (celebrities, politicians, influencers or private individuals) without their consent, including face swaps, lookalikes and impersonation.
• Political content, including candidates, parties, elections, voting and campaign material.
• Graphic violence, gore, terrorism, or content promoting weapons, illegal drugs or crime.
• Hate or extremist content, or content demeaning people based on protected characteristics.
• Self-harm, suicide or eating-disorder content.
• Content designed to deceive, such as fake news footage, fake documents, IDs, receipts or security-camera footage.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, including copyrighted characters and logos.

Every request is checked by automated filters and AI review before anything is generated, and uploaded photos are scanned. Blocked requests are logged. Repeated violations pause or permanently suspend an account without refund, and we report illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, to the authorities (NCMEC).

When you upload a photo of a person, you confirm you own the photo and that everyone in it is an adult who consented to being edited.

Your content

Subject to these terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you own the outputs you create and may use them commercially. You grant us a license to store and display your outputs to operate the service. You are responsible for how you use outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or resemble existing works; review them before publishing.

Uploads

Only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

Service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Generation relies on third-party AI providers and may be slow or unavailable. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
